1. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/text with a tracking link. You can also reach out to us for updates.

2. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, We do.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing us at shop.merraki@gmail.com. Post that, we begin processing and cannot cancel it.

4. What if my product is damaged or defective?
Drop us an email with a picture of the item within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund — no drama.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment. We're focused on shipping within India for now.

6. What if I ordered the wrong product?
We don't offer exchanges for incorrect orders unless there's a defect. So double-check before hitting “Buy Now” 😊

7. What kind of packaging do you use?
We use eco-friendly, minimal packaging that keeps your items safe — and aesthetic, of course!
