6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting us via email. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already processed or shipped.

We offer replacements for damaged products only.
You must report damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock or unavailable.
