Refund Policy

At Merraki, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Time Window: You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at shop.merraki@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged on arrival:
- Personalized/custom items
- Products bought during clearance or final sales
- Products showing signs of use
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider (Razorpay, UPI, etc.)
- Still no luck? Email us and we’ll help track it down
