Refund Policy

At Merraki, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Time Window: You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at shop.merraki@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged on arrival:

  • Personalized/custom items
  • Products bought during clearance or final sales
  • Products showing signs of use

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider (Razorpay, UPI, etc.)
  • Still no luck? Email us and we’ll help track it down
